Copiers in San Jose Can Scan — Did You Know Part 1 —

Are You Keeping Up With Your Office Paperflow?

Are You Keeping Up With Your Office Paperflow?

Yes, so maybe we are going a little tounge in cheek here, but after walking into hundreds of offices around San Jose in this past year, we had to ask ourselves, “do people know these copiers can indeed scan so they can store documents electronically?”  Take for Instance the Xerox Phaser 3635 MFP — This is a 35 page per minute device for under $2,000 and it scans to the network, even color scanning.  As the copiers get more expensive, they do more and more scanning…  So, why don’t people use their copiers in San Jose to scan documents and store them electronically?

  1. People don’t have their copier configured correctly (we know it sounds silly.  Spending $9,000 on a copier in San Jose and then not even get it set up properly…)
  2. They are technophobic — They like the old filing cabinet methods, even though there are far easier methods today
  3. They don’t have the proper software

Now all of these are legitimate concerns.  It is time you look at what you’re doing with your copier in San Jose and see if you can become more efficient!
